Geschäfte mit nahestehenden natürlichen und juristischen Personen
Der Terminus "interested party transactions" ist hier wohl als Synonym zu den mir eher bekannten "related party transactions" zu verstehen, wofür sich die obigen Übersetzungen anbieten. Der deutsche Begriff "interessierte Parteien/Beteiligte" ist m.E. zu unscharf - das können alle und jeder sein. Hier geht es aber konkret um Mitglieder des Board of Directors, (ranghohe) Führungskräfte und Aktionäre/Anteilseigner, deren Beteiligung einen gewissen Schwellenwert überschreitet (hier: 20 %).
