es geht um eine AG, deren gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Rücklage nicht unter 5% des ***charter capitals*** liegen darf.
Ist damit das Grünungskapital gemeint??

Grundkapital

Explanation:
Das deutsche Aktienrecht kennt überhaupt kein Gründungskapital, sondern nur das Stammkapital.

Beim ungarischen Aktienrecht zB gibt es sowas, aber wir wollten ja den deutschen Begriff ;o))
