Das kann viel sein. Evtl. die Immatrikulationsnummer, die als "Matrikelnummer" im Studienbuch steht?
Wie hast du denn "registration no." übersetzt bzw. was hast du für Optionen? Evtl. ist das die Nummer, die dem Studienbewerber bei der Bewerbung zugeteilt wurde, und die "college roll no" ist dann die Matrikelnummer.
Weiterer Kontext? Vielleicht wird ja in dem Land auch eine Nummer für jeden Studenten zentral vergeben, oder hat jedes College eine Nummer. Aber das ist jetzt wirklich wild geraten... Vielleicht kennt ja jemand anders den Begriff aus eigener Erfahrung.
