Explanation:
Ich verstehe das so, dass Fernsehen und Radio als Unterrichtsform untersucht werden. „Vocational“ ist auch eher praxis- und berufsbezogen, es muss sich ja nicht um einen gesamten Studiengang handeln. Vielleicht eine Studie, ein Praktikum oder ein einzelner Kurs, der Kontext müsste dir mehr sagen.

Zur Anmerkung von Elisabeth: Ich sage überhaupt nicht, dass es nicht um allgemeine Weiterbildung geht. Wer sich durch Fernsehen und Radio weiterbildet, wird durch diese Medien unterrichtet, da ist überhaupt kein Wiederspruch. Der Wikilink sagt extra, dass nur aus Platzgründen nicht alle Medien aufgeführt sind.
