Mir gefallen zwar solche Anglizismen gar nicht, aber gerade von Hotelfachhochschulen wird dieser Begriff immer häufiger verwendet. Auch die entsprechenden Bachelor- und Masterstudiengänge heissen so. "Gastgewerbe" ist m.E. etwas zuwenig umfassend in Bezug auf eine Ausbildung.

neutral  Werner Walther: Deckt nicht alles aus dem englischen Begriff ab, es käme irgendwie hinzu 'event management' und 'Tourismus'. Aber in Deinem 'Wiki' habe ich etwas gefunden, nämlich 'Hotel- und Gastronomiemanagement'. Wenn Du es einstellst, kriegst Du meine Punkte.
