This is from a confirmation letter from International Academic Credential Evaluators, Inc.

"This student is ***TASP exempt*** for higher education purposes in the State of Texas".

On Wikipedia I found that TASP probably stands for Telluride Association Summer Program (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telluride_Association_Summer_Pr... but what does it mean / how would you say it in German if a student is "TASP exempt"?
