Management, Finance oder Retailing. Soweit ich weiss, dauern diese Programme normalerweise bis zu ein Jahr (haengt von den Unternehmen ab), nachdem die Absolventen fest in das Unternehmen in verantwortlicher Position integriert werden. Normalerweise eine sehr gute Moeglichkeit um das Unternehmen gut kennenzulernen und schnell in interessante und verantwortungsvolle Positionen zu kommen. Oft sehr hart umkaempft. Wenn du graduate training programme in Google eingibts, bekommst du verschiedene Beispiele fuer die graduate training programmes von verschiedenen Unternehmen.
