Klaus, „Bittiefe“ ist nur eine andere Bezeichnung für „Farbtiefe“.

„4 Bit tiefes Display-RAM ...“ kann man nur als einen unglücklichen Ersatz für „RAM-Größe“ interpretieren, aber nicht als Farbtiefe oder Bittiefe einer Grafik. .
