Explanation:
drain current ist normalerweise der Strom, der ins Drain eines FET fließt, und aus der Source wieder herauskommt. Der reverse drain current, ist der Sperrstrom, der bei nicht angesteuertem Gate des FET in umgekehrter Richtung in die Source hineinfließt. Ein "normaler" FET hat drei Anschlüsse: Gate, Drain und Source. Und der Strom, der von Drain nach Source fließt, heißt "Drainstrom".
