The seal oil system currently in use consists of a seal oil skid at the 778’ elevation, a seal oil valve rack at the 804” elevation, and the seal rings and oil lines to the seals at the turbine deck at the 830’ elevation and then to the shaft centerline at the 834’ elevation.

Was sind diese einfachen und doppelten Hochkommata für Einheiten? Ich kenne das nur als Winkelangaben (Minuten bzw. Sekunden), das ergibt für mich hier aber nicht viel Sinn.

Explanation:
normalerweise stehen zwei Hochkommata fuer Zoll siehe www.maha.de lifts catalogues.....das andere koennte ein Schreibfehler sein und auch ´´ bedeuten...

bei Hebebuehnen usw kommt das oft vor...und hier handelt es sich auch um elevation....:)
