Es geht um einen Mietvertrag über ein Betriebsgelände zwischen einem deutschen Unternehmen (Party B), das sich in China ansiedeln will, und einem chinesischen Unternehmen (Party A).
Unter dem Punkt "Rent and Other Expenses, Terms of Payment"
steht als Unterpunkt:
The Party A should guarantee the Party B a sufficient electricity supply (min. 400 kVA), the parties should make arrangement for the time of use. The electricity supply is available in the workshop. Party B will not pay the **electric capacity empty fee**.
Kann mir jemand auf die Sprünge helfen, was mit diesem Begriff gemeint sein kann? Der Vertrag ist zweisprachig Chinesisch-Englisch und wurde vermutlich zuvor von einem Chinesen ins Englische übersetzt.
