English to German translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Energy / Power Generation / Gasturbinen | | English term or phrase: during barring | Excess rotor vibrations during hot restart (within 10 hours after a stop) have been experienced on a few machines. This is normally not an issue if a restart is performed after the standard cooling down-time (10 hours). A thermal bend of the rotor as a result of rotor-stator contact has been identified as the cause of the vibrations. The contact between rotor and stator can be deduced to thermal deformation of the stator/housing ***during barring*** after shut down.
./.
To maintain clearance between rotor and stator the thermal symmetry between upside and down side of the stator can be improved. This will be accomplished with the following solutions:
1. Open bleed valve 2 during barring so that entrapment of hot air is avoided.
2. Improve insulation of the bottom part of the compressor stator.
./.
Ist damit der Nachlauf des Stators gemeint?
Offensichtlich handelt es sich hier nicht um die Formulierung eines Muttersprachlers - leider! |
