Fußnote zu "listed", Attribut für verschiedene Befestigungselemente u.Ä. im Sinne von "zugelassen":

*Be included in a list published by an organization (or marked as such) that is acceptable to the local authority having jurisdiction in the area.

Mir ist nicht klar, worauf sich dieses "marked as such* hier bezieht.

vielleicht auch "als solche benannt"

würde ich so verstehen.

Explanation:
would be my solution;"(or marked as such)" means "...(or marked as being included in a list) which is acceptable to the..."

To my ENS ears, there is no doubt at all that the "which" relates to the organisation (theory of relativity - it's adjacent not to the list, but to the organisation...).
