In your application, density is measured by a device that transmits a density-dependent frequency as output signal.
The cryptic "density frequency" refers to this signal.
If the frequency rises above 5 kHz, the Hi alarm is triggered.

A bit shorter, but a mouthful, is "Dichtesignalfrequenz".
