Wie würder Ihr diesen Begriff hier übersetzen?
Leistungskurven-Sonderzahlung (Abschlagszahlung kommt, glaube ich nicht in Frage, oder?) Es geht ja hier darum, dass der Verkäufer dem Käufer eine Entschädigung zu zahlen hat .... also *Entschädigungszahlung*?
Liquidated Damages bedeutet hier *bezifferter Schadensersatz* (anderer Kontext, aus dem hervorgeht, dass es nicht die Vertragsstrafe ist), deshalb will ich nicht Schadensersatzzahlung schreiben. |

vermeidet eine Verwechslung mit evt. faelligem Schadensersatz; "power curve" wuerde ich aber nicht mit ins Glossar geben, da dies (dat Janze) kein feststehender Begriff ist
Diese Zahlung wird sicher auch in der Hoffnung geleistet, dass es dann zu keinem Schadensersatzprozess kommt (sich freikaufen...den Sollwert auf den Istwert "herunterkaufen")
Fuer US English sollte das mit Bindestrich stehen
