Rolf Kern: Glaube aber, der richtige Fachbegriff ist "50-Jahreswert" oder "50-Jahres-Wert".

-> Danke, Rolf. Ich habe die "Jahres"-Variante auch häufig gelesen, mich aber für die mMn grammatikalisch richtige Fassung entschieden. Auseinander nein - wegen Fugen-S; und das S ist wohl ein Überbleibsel vom Singular Jahreswert
