Fundamenteinbauteil
Explanation:
From a GE wind turbine manual:
"Das Fundamenteinbauteil (FET), auch als Flanschring bezeichnet, wird als komplettes Teil auf die Baustelle geliefert und in das Fundament eingegossen. Das FET besitzt an der Oberseite einen Flanschring, an dem die untere Turmsektion mit Schrauben befestigt wird."

The low confidence level results from my uncertainty in view of the other posting for "embedment rings", which could be the same thing.

Many thanks indeed for helping me out! I only have one term outstanding now which seems to be proving tricky as we have had no answers for it at all: embed stands... Kind regards, Maria

Notes to answerer
Asker: This was a tricky one. To me an imbed ring also seems the same as an embedment ring, so I don’t know why the brochure mentioned them separately. But “Fundamenteinbauteil” conveys the same meaning as the “Verankerungsring” and as there is not really a one and only official term (google gives result for both German words, albeit there are more hits for the Fundamenteinbauteil in connection with wind energy), I think we can use “Fundamenteinbauteil” for the imbed ring.
