Hi all,
in einem Fragebogen zum Thema Energieeffizienz und erneuerbare Energien in Unternehmen/Organisationen wird die Frage gestellt, auf welche Optionen das Unternehmen zurückgreift, um Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Energieeffizienz bzw. zum stärkeren Einsatz von erneuerbaren Energien zu finanzieren. Die Antwortmöglichkeiten lauten:
- Shared savings agreement
- Project financing from a financial institution
- Energy or climate specific set-asides
- ***Utility on-bill financing***
- Power purchase agreement (PPA)
- Grants, rebates, or tax credits

Ich kenne zwar das Prinzip der OBF, mir will aber grad keine dt. Entsprechung einfallen, daher vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe.
Explanation: Utility financing bedeutet Nebenkostenfinanzierung und on-bill, gemäß der Rechnung.
Ich habe in den USA gelebt und kenne manche Begriffe der Wohnungsverwaltung. Utility bill ist auf jeden Fall die Nebenkostenabrechnung.
