Es geht um einen Windpark und die Einspeisevergütung.

As of 01 January 2012, the amended EEG will allow the Project to opt for the compression model.

Etwas später ist außerdem vom "compressed feed in tariff (FiT) of 19 cents per kWh" die Rede.

Was ist hier genau gemeint?

Die EEG-Novelle sieht ein optionales Stauchungsmodell für die Förderung der Offshore-Windparks vor. Die Förderdauer wird dabei verkürzt, die Vergütung erhöht. Das von der Bundesregierung vorgeschlagene, optionale Stauchungsmodell sieht statt einer Förderung der Offshore-Windparks über 12 Jahre mit 15 Cent/kWh eine achtjährige Förderung mit 19 Cent/kWh vor.

Kann das etwas mit einer Degression der Einspeisevergütung zu tun haben (die ja z. B. bei der Photovoltaik üblich ist)?
