We are aware that you will enter into transactions involving energy and energy-related commodities, including electric power, coal, electric power capacity, natural gas, environmental products (such as greenhouse gas emission allowances, levy exemption certificates and reneewable obligation certificates), heating oil and other petroleum by-products.
Actually I would appreciate suggestions for all the 3 terms in the bracket. I am aware of the fact that I should only ask one term at a time, but I didn't want to bore you with three questions - all with the same context. Anybody who could help me, pls.? |
