Explanation:
"I/H converter" steht für "current to hydraulic pressure converter", wie z.B. in dieser Produktbeschreibung von ABB genannt (nur noch als Cache-Version über Google abrufbar, aber speziell im Zusammenhang mit Turbinen):
"ABB provides an economical approach for turbine valve control. The current to hydraulic pressure converter (I/H) provides output control pressure directly proportional to input command currents from the turbine control system."
Gerade zur Unterscheidung zum I/P-Konverter (pneumatisch) würde ich daher vermutlich I/H-Konverter schreiben.
