Explanation:
Depends on whether they are designed to be pulled by a vehicle i.e. fitted with a tow-hook, or by a welder and just fitted with a handle. Just a platform trolley in the one case, or a proper trailer in the other, designed for transporting acetylene around from one welding site to another.

Looks like they are towed by a vehicle, therefore an "Anhänger"...

I doubt that they would describe it as a "trailer" if it were stationary.
