3. OVERTURN STABILITY CALCULATION:
Transverse stability:
- Since the trailer fleet transport/take a big load, so the speed must be very slow and the fleet must run straight. So, we only check overturn stability when trailer fleet running on road.
- We choose slope of road: ß = 30
- Under the action of forces and moment, when slope gradually increasing to crictical angle, trailer and Crane will overturn around point A (Firgure below).- Height of trailer: 1150 mm
- Height of *C.O.G* of Crane to plane parallel with road surface and through overturning point: a = 25000 mm.

- Height of *C.O.G* of trailer to parallel plane with road surface and through overturning point: b = 199 mm.

Does amnybody have a suggestion, what C.O.G. could mean?
The texts is a static calculation of a crane, which has to be transported/moved on a trailer to another loacation.
