In meinem Text werden mögliche Fehlermeldungen beim Betrieb einer Drahterodiermaschine (die dann auf einem Display erscheinen) mit knappen Erläuterungen dargestellt.

Fehlermeldung: CHECKUP STOP

Erläuterung: A *collating stop* occurred.

Maßnahme: "It is possible to restart the automatic operation by turning ON the start switch."

Überschrieben ist das Ganze mit:

"COLLATING STOP. A collating stop occurred during the automatic operation."

Ich kann mir auf das Collating in diesem Zusammenhang noch keinen Reim machen. Wer weiß Rat?
