The preferred renovation method is **cured-in-place pipe** (CIPP) method. The cured-in-place pipe shall be a light curable glass reinforced liner. This method is preferable due to the following advantages:
• Minimum loss of cross section;
• Speed / quality of installation;
• Small footprint of the equipment and the list disturbance of the surface activities;
• Suitable for high ambient temperature;
• Installation through the existing manholes (no cutting of asphalt is required).

oder auch Schlauchverfahren, vielleicht noch mit dem Zusatz (CCIP), denn häufig sind die englischen Abkürzungen geläufiger als der deutsche Begriff.
