To ensure no vibrations transfer from the Dryflo units to the threading machine vibration dampers were installed along with ***cross tension bars*** on the slide rests. This guarantees a secure, vibration free installation.
The two DMC-D1 Dryflo units are mounted directly on to the machine’s two moving slide rests, which carry the large diameter pipes throughout the machining operation.
