Explanation:
Agree with Sarah's comment.

I would think they mean where they purchased the entire stock that was available at the time and that the manufacturer was not going to make any more of that item. So, this is a synonym for "discontinued parts" perhaps.

However, it is low confidence so keep that in mind.
