Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich den folgenden eingesternten Satz (Der Satz ist als Hinweis in den Text eingeschoben) nicht richtig verstehe, oder ob der Satz selber nicht korrekt ist, und anstelle von "before" nicht vielleicht "after" stehen sollte.

Measure the input AC voltage on wires 0102A and 0103A on IS1 (–) make sure you use a good, true RMS digital multimeter. Adjust the Span potentiometer of IS1 until the DC voltage measured at wires 0102 and 0103 is twice the AC value within an accuracy of ± 0.010VDC.

Ich verstehe den Absatz so, dass zwischen Schritt 1 (= dem Satz beginnend mit "Measure") und Schritt 2 (= dem Satz beginnend mit "Adjust") einige Minuten vergehen können, da sich die Zahlen für das korrekte Ablesen (measure) erst "beruhigen/einpendeln" müssen, was Zeit kosten kann.
