Für UW-Anwendung gibt es auch "umgebungsdruckgesteuert", siehe S. 43 dieser Quelle: http://www.sportmedizin.uni-goettingen.de/downloads/disserta... Bislang ist diese Anwendung vorwiegend im mil. Bereich anzutreffen. Man könnte auch von 'umstellbarem' Lungenautomat/Ausatemwiderstand sprechen.
