Explanation:
Organisationen ist in diesem Zusammenhang durchaus richtig. Einrichtungen oder Institutionen könnte auch gehen. Behörden trifft die Sache meiner Kenntnis zufolge nicht so ganz genau, denn es müssen ja keine staatliche Einrichtungen sein und sie sind es häufig auch nicht. Und selbst wenn es staatlliche Einrichtungen sind, funktionieren die Begriffe wie Organisation, Einrichtung etc. auch.

Gremien würde von der Sache her im Prinzip gehen, scheint mir aber in diesem Zusammenhang eher nicht so üblich. Man würde ja denke ich eher von Gremium als Teil einer Einrichtung, Organisation etc. sprechen.
