Besser \"Verbrauchskette\", \"Konsumkette\" oder \"Warenkette\" anstatt \"Wertschöpfungskette\".
\"Wertschöpfungskette\" klingt ein bißchen sehr nach rechnerischer Schulbuchökonomie, die eigentlich auch ohne den Verbraucher auskommen würde. Außerdem betreibt der verbraucher selbst ja keine Wertschöpfung mehr.

Am besten wäre es natürlich, das so zu lassen. Gibt jede menge Quellen, die nur COC-Zertigizierung nennen. Müßte dann eben erklärt werden (Fußnote). Natürlich keine glückliche Lösung für eine \"Übersetzung\".

Sorry if this is causing you a headache. I posted my question in the Marketing section because I hoped somebody out there had come across this term in other contexts than "forestry" . I found for instance a reference for yarn/fabrics where the same COC certification was granted.
