also Städte mit niedrigen CO2 Emissionen, aber das ist mir zu sperrig.
Es geht um den Titel eines Vortrags, der im Rahmen eines Workshops gehalten wird. Der Titel lautet "Mobility Management in low carbon cities".

Ich übersetze nicht den Vortrag, sondern die Infos zum Workshop (die leider nicht viel hergeben).
Low carbon cities are presented and panning processes as well as measures to address mobility solutions of urban renewal areas.
