Our draftsman says that the two main issues which will have the biggest impact on the costs recovery relate to:
- My increased hourly rate
- The question of recovery of the sum of USD .... for the costs of maintaining the company. St.Paul says that these are not costs of the action and, if anything, are an item of damages.
