XY (Privater Rententräger GB) agrees in principle to reinstate past service in the case of current active members of the scheme. Reinstatement may be for the whole or part of the missing service.
XY does not agree in principle to reinstate past service in the case of:
Current employees who are oppt-outs or non-joiners;
Ex-employees who opted out before leaving service;
Ex-employees who *transferred out* deferred benefits.

->Weiß jemand, ob mit *transfer out* hier das gleiche gemeint ist wie mit contract out? Damit würde verhindert, dass jemand, der kurz vor Rentenantritt noch in das private Rentensystem wechselt. Das ist momentan meine einzige Idee, bitte um Bestätigung oder Korrektur.
