ich bin mir bei der Übersetzung des folgenden Ausdrucks nicht ganz sicher und freue mich auf Eure Kommentare.

Valuations are supportive, but profits are at historically high levels *as a proportion of GDP*.

Mein Vorschlag:

Die Bewertungen erweisen sich als unterstützend, doch die Gewinne verzeichnen *im Verhältnis zum BIP* ein historisches Hoch.

Kann man das so schreiben oder müsste ich den Text wörtlicher übersetzen, wie *die Gewinne als Teil des BIP*?
