In particular, according to the Russian regulatory requirements, xxx has to file the Offering Circular for the tender offer with the Russian Stock Exchange Commission (FSFR) and at the same time, they have to present a *cash confirmation* in Russian Rubles (RUB 110 bn, approx. EUR 3.15 bn equivalent) issued by a bank.
Given the above, we are seeking approval to issue the cash confirmation (a bank guarantee) in Russian Rubles...

Mir ist klar, was gemeint ist, wird ja auch in Klammern erklärt. Habe das bisher mit Kreditbestätigung übersetzt, bin mir aber nicht 100% sicher.
