Aufgrund von Bilanzfälschung ist es zu einem Kursverfall dieser Anleihen gekommen. Nun hat die Bank (company A) im Rahmen einer Sammelklage einen Vergleich erzielt, andere an der Sammelklage beteiligte Banken sind noch zu keiner gütlichen Einigung gelangt. Die Kläger haben letzteren zu diesem Zwecke eine 45-tägige Frist gesetzt:

Approximately $1,46 billion of the company’s settlement related to the May 2000 and May 2001 bonds and the Section 11 and Section 12 claims.
