Wieder eines der Wörter, die für meinen Geschmack zuviel bedeuten können: Jahreszinsen, Rente, Jahreseinkommen.

Der Grosse Muret/Sanders, Enzyklopädisches Wörterbuch, kennt auch die Annuität (die uns allen Nachsinnens enthebt) oder auch Leibrente (die ebenfalls in den Kontext passen könnte)

Warum in die Ferne schweifen, wenn das Gute liegt so nah! Wollte eigentlich die Annuität vermeiden, aber lasse mich gern eines Besseren belehren ;-)
