Base Salary includes Superannuation

***AIP / LTI Eligible Earnings*** are defined as Base Salary or 12 months of pay.

Eligible Earnings exclude all other forms of pay.

Total Guaranteed Cash is the base salary plus any 13th month payment plus any other guaranteed bonuses or incentives plus all guaranteed allowances.

***AIP / LTI Eligible Earnings*** are defined as Base Salary including 13th month payments.

Overtime, shift allowance and all other fixed and variable elements of pay are excluded.

Associates grade 11 and below are only eligible for AIP if they were invited participants in 2004.

AIP in all other cases is only applicable for grade 12 and above.

Guaranteed Cash is the base salary plus any 13th month payment plus any other guaranteed bonuses or incentives.

Guaranteed or fixed allowances are excluded.

I think in the connection with AIP LTI means long term incentive plan whereas AIP is the annual incentive plan. Incentive plan is in German Motivationsplan -- oder Bonus -- Jahresbonus, Bonusplan

Es sind die Einkünfte/Gehälter, die sich für den jährlichen Motavationsplan/langfristigen Motivationsplan/Bonusplan qualifizieren ...

vielleicht fällt jemanden noch ein besseres Deutsch ein.

agree  Klaus Urban: stimme voll zu! Habe mit diesem Begriffspaar jahrelang gearbeitet. Für AIP ist "Bonus" oder "Jahresbonus" geläufig, "Long Term Incentive Plan" oder "LTI" wird gern auch im Deutschen verwendet, siehe z. B. http://www.rwe.com/generator.aspx/investor-relatio
