neutral  Hans G. Liepert: es geht hier doch wirklich nicht um ein Pensionsgeschäft (hier Wertpapierleihe), wenn die Wertpapiere dann "re-packaged" werden sollen

  -> da hatte mich der erste Satz "with view to resale to the purchaser" draufgebracht, aber bei genauer Betrachtung verkauft er an einen anderen "Purchaser" weiter
