Name of a company training course. There is no further context to this particular term but the description of the "Financial Hydraulics" course reads like this:

"Upon completion of this course, delegates will be able to understand the key elements of a generic P&L and how the elements are interacting. The second day is dedicated to real case studies."

Also, I have no idea what "P&L" stands for, which doesn't make this any easier. Any suggestions?
