Ich verstehe das inhaltlich nicht. Wer kann Licht ins Dunkel bringen? Es kann ja wohl nicht sein, dass solche Klauseln zum Zeitpunkt der Unterschrift unter den Kreditvertrag gelten, dann aber nicht mehr? Hä?

Explanation:
Ich bin mir absolut sicher - daher die fünf Punkte - dass ich das auch überhaupt nicht kapiere. Ist ja total unlogisch. Vielleicht lässt Du's einfach weg ? Ist ja eine durchaus anerkannte Uebersetzungstechnik, gewisse Ausdrücke nicht in die Zielsprache mit zu übernehmen... (auch und gerade wenn sie paradox sind). Und vielleicht sind ja noch andere dieser Meinung. Ansonsten kann ich Dir nur empfehlen, den Kunden darauf anzusprechen. Viel Glück, Andrea :-)

beziehe das auf das Vertragsrücktrittsrecht. Wenn innerhalb der Rücktrittsfrist negative Veränderungen auftreten, gilt diese Klausel, nach Ablauf des Rücktrittsrechts gibt es die Klausel nicht.
