Es geht um ein Formular einer Bank, auf dem ein potenzieller Investor zur Vermeidung von Geldwäsche etc. seine Daten, die Daten seiner Bank, Daten seines Unternehmens, usw. offenlegen und einige Fragen beantworten muss. In der Rubrik "Details of Bank Account - Where Funds are held" ist Folgendes anzugeben:
Bank name
Bank address
Swiftcode of bank
Account name
Account number
Account signatory name and title
Bank officer name and title
usw.

Das Konto gehört einem Unternehmen gehören, aber signatory ist nur eine Person, und deren Daten sind hier gefordert. Ist das der, der das Konto eröffnet, oder ein Zeichnungsberechtigter, oder ...? Später kommt noch ein "beneficial owner", den habe ich als Kontoinhaber übersetzt.
