gegenbesichert und cross-defaulted Explanation: cross-collateral Sicherheit, die zur gleichzeitigen Besicherungen mehrerer Kredite dient (Zahn) cross-defaulted - lassen = (1) soll verhindern, dass sich ein Schuldner aussuchen kann, welche der Kredite oder Anleihen er zurückzahlen kann (bei GZS-Staaten) oder (2) reziproke Verzugsklausel, soll heißen, dass die Bank bei nicht ordnungsgemässer Erfüllung einen Grund zur Kündigung hat.
