Zum einen der Term " fiduciary interest", aber auch der gesamte Abschnitt erschließt sich mir nicht wirklich.

Der Auftraggeber ist berechtigt, [5] % von allen Zahlungen abzuziehen, die er gemäß diesem Vertrag an den Lieferanten leistet. Aber dann?

Ein paar (wirre) Gedanken meinerseits: Der Lieferant hat keinen Anspruch auf Zinsen bezüglich dieser Abzüge? Und weshalb ist der Lieferant schließlich doch berechtigt, eine Zahlungsaufforderung hinsichtlich des einbehaltenen Betrags vorzunehmen? Das macht doch alles keinen Sinn?

Hat jemand eine Idee?
