"The Transferor and the Transferee are both parties to a facility agreement dated XXX made between (1) the Transferee, (2) YYY, (3) the several companies described therein as Borrowers and (4) the several companies described therein as Original Guarantors, as such facility agreement was amended by an **amendment and restatement agreement** dated XXX (the “First Amendment and Restatement Agreement”) made between the same parties.
Would this be simply "Änderungsvertrag" or is there another, more specialised term?
