Roland Nienerza: Tja. - Das geschieht ja wohl mit jedem Darlehen, wenn man es nicht - wohl nur sehr ausnahmsweise - in einer Summe zurückzahlt.

-> eben nicht - in der Industrie werden Kredite / loans IN DER REGEL eingeräumt, ohne in Raten getilgt zu werden, üblicherweise wird sogar der Kredit oder die beanspruchte Linie prolongiert

golondrina: Noch eindeutiger wäre Annuitätendarlehen. Mit der im term sheet festgelegten Rate werden Zinsen gezahlt und nach und nach das Darlehen getilgt. Zu deinem Kommentar sieh doch mal den Eintrag zu Annuität im Wirtschaftslexikon24.net

-> Tilgungsdarlehen werden per Definition (nicht nach gusto) in regelmässigen Raten getilgt. Annuitätendarlehen erinnern mich irgendwie an jährliche Zahlungen. Bist Du dir sicher, dass es nur jährliche(!) Tilgungen sind, nicht etwa monatliche?
