Zukunftsgerichtete Aussagen basieren notwendigerweise auf einer Vielzahl von Schätzungen und Annahmen, die zwar als vernünftig erachtet werden, aber dennoch bekannten und unbekannten Risiken, Unwägbarkeiten sowie anderen Faktoren unterliegen, die dazu führen können, dass die tatsächlichen Ergebnisse wesentlich von jenen abweichen, die in den zukunftsgerichteten Informationen direkt bzw. indirekt erwähnt wurden - dazu zählen auch die in den vom Unternehmen veröffentlichten Unterlagen identifizierten Risiken??

Hatte ein Verständnisproblem mit diesem Schachtelsatz und wäre für euer kurzes Feedback, ob man das halbwegs so lassen kann, sehr dankbar!
