The net proceeds of such sales after payment of the costs (...) shall be applied in or towards payment or satisfaction of the debts (...) and any residue shall (subject to a like lien for debts or liabilities not payable as existed upon the shares prior to the sale ) be paid to the person entitled to the shares.....

"gemäß eines gleichartigen Pfandrechts für Schulden oder Verbindlichkeiten, die gegenwärtig noch nicht fällig sind, da sie vor dem Verkauf auf die Aktien bestanden"

Ich weiß nicht, ob ich das so richtig verstehe.
