Habt Ihr vielleicht einen Vorschlag für die Formulierung: "applying the ratio"??

oder:
Die Zinsen werden auf Basis der Kalendertage und ohne Zinseszins berechnet, wobei ein Zeitraum von 360 Tagen für die Berechnung des jährlichen Zinssatzes zu Grunde gelegt wird.

Sorry, kleine Korrektur: wörtlich übersetzt heißt \"to apply the ratio\" = \"einen Anteil des Zinssatzes anwenden\". Da das aber keiner so sagen würde, bleibe ich bei meinen beiden Übersetzungsvorschlägen. Du könntest es auch mit \"proportional zum Jahreszins\" übersetzen, also in etwa so:
Die Berechnung der Zinsen erfolgt auf Tagesbasis und proportional zum Jahreszins (ohne Zinseszinsen), wobei letzterer [der Jahreszins] für sich auf einen Zeitraum von 360 Tagen bezieht. |
